We had our first transnational meeting in Osnovna šola Benedikt in Slovenia from December 8 to 14, 2019.
During the opening ceremony, the students from each member country presented their country in an original way in the form of sketches, dances, or music. The students were housed with host families |
Every day, transnational seminars and workshops were organized so that students from different countries got to know each other and worked on a common project: A group presentation of a Powerpoint on what they have learned in terms of relaxation, management of stress and aromatherapy.

Some afternoons were spent on cultural visits such as natural spas, Pedjama castle built into the rocks, and the Postojna Caves which are the largest in Europe. The pupils were able to discover Slovenia, a new school system and they met friendly people and families.

I decided to participate to this project because I wanted to know more about well-being and to discover a country that I have never visited. — Christianne |
I decided to participate to this project to improve my english and to overcome my social anxiety. The purpose of this project was to improve our well being. We visited a castle and the biggest cave of Europe. We learned about improving our sleep and facts about other countries. My favorite part of this trip was when we did a cultural visit to the postojna cave. What surprised me the most was the cave castle. I will always remember this trip because this allowed us to strengthen the bonds between the students. — Victorine |
I decided to participate to this project because i wanted to meet new persons and because I wanted to learn more about Slovenian's culture. And of course because I was really interested about the well being at school.
The purpose was to learn and to give some ideas in the well being at school, in order to be more focused at school.
We visited the biggest cave in Europe located in Postojna, and the Postojna castle.
In addition to that we visited the oldest town of Slovenia called Ptuj.
I learned a lot about the aromatherapy and its benefits like flavours which can make us more focused or relaxed. I learned about the good effects of the spa for our body and our brain. I also learned about Slovenian's culture, like their foods.
My favourites moments were the afternoons where we did a lot of activities like bowling, I also liked the party because I met new people.
My biggest surprise was the Slovenians because they have an open mind and they are all kind.
I will always remember my host and his family because they were really kind and cool.
