About Us
The Hospitality School Jean Drouant, also called Ecole Hôtelière de Paris, is no doubt one of the flagships of the French hospitality education in France.
Jean Drouant is the founding president of this institution opened in 1936 and his name is closely related to the history of Parisian hospitality. Numerous alumni have sit on the school benches. They are now settled all over the world, holding managerial positions in prestigious companies and they certainlly are the evidence of the excellent quality of the training provided here for decades. With its redbrick building, its historical entrance, the mythical Julien François dining room which is the replica of the Normandie Ship dining room, the fresco room, the school is a prestigious place. Let me remind you that the Statue of Liberty was made here. What a strong symbol! |
